Exchanges and Returns for Online Sales.
We gladly exchange full priced items, however all sale and clearance items are a final sale.
You will need to contact us prior to returning items for an RA number to accompany your request. You will need to send the items back to us and we will cover the return freight from our office to you on your first exchange request (North and South Island only, this does not include Chatham Island, Great Barrier Island, Waiheke Island or International orders). Any additional requests may be charged our standard shipping charge of $7.50 within NZ.
Your exchange request needs to be received back to us within 14 days including a copy of the original sales invoice. The items will need to be returned to us in "As New" condition including tags and all packaging. Footwear must be received back in the original manufacturers box including all packaging materials. We cannot accept exchange requests where the goods have been worn or damaged after purchase.
You will need to include a copy of the original invoice including a reason for return, if you are exchanging items please include a list of the items you would like instead and send to :

International customers will incur freight charges on exchange requests.
We do not offer change of heart exchange on sale and clearance items. All sale and clearance items are a final sale. Please contact us prior to ordering to confirm any sizing questions.

Returns
You will need to contact us prior to returning items for an RA number to accompany your request. Refund requests are only accepted on orders paid for by credit card. If you would like the ability to change your mind and receive a refund please pay for your order using a Visa or Mastercard credit card or debit card.
Your refund request needs to be received back to us within 14 days including a copy of the original sales invoice, stating a reason for return. The items will need to be returned to us in "As New" condition including tags and all packaging. Footwear must be received back in the original manufacturers box including all packaging materials. We cannot accept refund requests where the goods have been worn or damaged after purchase.
An exchange requests will need to be received along with the returned items on all orders paid for by cheque or internet banking.
If you choose to return your items all together the total amount of the goods only will be credited back to your credit card.
